Hello,

Hire of Kia Rio 4 door with automatic transmission:

- Collection from Perth International Airport on Mon 25/05/09 at approx. 07:00.
- Return to Perth International Airport on Mon 01/06/2009 at approx. 20:00.

8 days @ $25 per day = $200.00
Price inc. GST, standard Damage Cover and Unlimited kms (for travel within Perth metro area only!)
Age Excess, 8 days @ $5 per day = $40.00
Airport delivery + after hours parking surcharge = $39 + $23 = $62.00
Airport retrieval = $39.00
Total Hire Charges = $341.00

Plus vehicle bond = $500.00 - withdrawn from Credit Card at start of rental and refunded upon safe return of the vehicle.

If you choose to pay the hire charges by credit card, a service fee applies of 2% for Visa and 5% for Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. Please note that the bond must be paid by credit card, the bond is withdrawn from the credit card and refunded into the same account upon safe return of the vehicle.
NO service fee applies to the bond.
If you wish to avoid paying this fee you can pay the hire charges by direct bank deposit into our account providing the funds clear before date of commencement of the rental.

If paying all charges by credit card, the funds are processed to the nominated card on the day of delivery - which in your case will be either Fri 22/05/09 or Sat 22/05/09. If the nominated card declines we won't be able to deliver the vehicle.

The vehicle is usually delivered to you with a full tank of fuel. You must return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as you receive it with, otherwise additional fees will apply.

The only additional charges that may apply are:

1. If you wish to add more than 2 drivers to the Rental Agreement.
2. If you wish to take out any additional Damage Cover options**.
3. If you return the vehicle in a very dirty state.
6. Credit card or Eftpos card service and admin fees on hire charges paid via these methods (see above).
7. If you damage the vehicle.
8. If you incur a traffic infringement.
9. If you travel further north than Geraldton, south than Albany or East than Kalgoorlie.

**Damage Cover Options:
The price includes Damage Cover as per Rental Agreement. In the event of an accident with another vehicle, if you are at fault you would be up for the first $1000 or part thereof. However if you are not at fault, and the party who is pays all the costs of repairs your liability is NIL. You can choose to pay an extra $5 per day to reduce the liability down to $500.

The standard Damage Cover included in the price does not cover you in the event of a Single Vehicle Accident (e.g. with a pole, tree etc). You can choose to take out Single Vehicle Cover for an extra $5 per day and you would be covered with a liability of $1000 or part thereof in the event of a Single Vehicle accident.
